Our geographical location has the power to dramatically affect our creativity. Moreover, the energetic vibrations in which one stands while creating can greatly be challenged by such influences.

“ Earth exploration and cultural discoveries have often been a major source of inspiration. This body of small notebook markings are a direct translation of in-situ contemplations and experiences of unfamiliar grounds. Also, being in constant movement over a certain period of time creates a profound effect of self reflection and assists in constructing new psychic narratives. The immediacy of these pieces feeds the ephemeral aspects of my work, and teaches me about the relationship between negative space and structural composition.”
